U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT’S
2007 SMALL
BUSINESS PRIME CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD
Winnebago, NE. – All Native Systems, Inc. has been
chosen as the recipient of the United States Department of State’s
2007 Annual Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award.
The announcement of the 13th annual award was made jointly by the
U.S State Department and the U.S. Small Business Administration on
behalf of Assistant Secretary for Administration, Raj Chellaraj. The
award will be presented on October 25 to Terry Mogensen, CEO of All
Native Systems at a ceremony at the Harry S. Truman Building in
Washington, D.C.
“All Native Systems is indeed honored to be
recognized with this award as the U.S. Department of State 2007
Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award. This award
reflects the quality, responsiveness and dedication of our entire
staff in being able to provide excellent service in completing these
critical projects for the Government of Mexico. We are pleased
to be able to assist the Government of Mexico in these important
improvements to their information technology infrastructure. All
Native Systems is proud of the progress we have made each year in
building a company that now has operations in four states and three
foreign countries,” said Terry Mogensen, CEO of All Native
Systems.

opportunities for their company,” said SBA’s Nebraska District
Director Leon Milobar.

Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award after being awarded a

its information technology capacity to strengthen
its efforts against illegal alien smuggling and terrorism on its
southern border. All Native Systems was cited for providing expert
technical talent in implementing vital projects including a DNA
database to provide help in solving the murders of more than 700
women on the Mexican border. All Native Systems also provided new
information technology infrastructure for the Mexican attorney
general’s office, as well as operation centers for the Mexican
immigration and anti-smuggling operations.
All Native Systems was nominated for the annual
award by Fred Schellenberg of the American Embassy Mexico
City/Narcotics Affairs Division. The nomination noted that All
Native Systems had exhibited a willingness to “go the extra mile”
for its clients, providing low cost solutions that met the needs of
both governments, with impressive professionalism and tact. All
Native Systems was also cited for its responsiveness and a providing
a combination of technical expertise, on-time performance and
reasonable pricing that that made a lasting contribution to the
projects.
All Native Systems was also selected earlier this
year as an Industry Honoree by Government Computer News (GCN), a
national trade publication that is the leading provider of
integrated information and media for the government information
technology market. GCN Industry Honorees are selected in three
categories including top federal prime contractors and
fastest-growing small and 8(a) businesses.
As a GCN Industry Honoree, All Native Systems was
featured in the GCN October 8th issue that is published nationally
and will be honored with the award at a special banquet to be held
on October 24, 2007 in Washington, D.C.
