Incorporated in January of 1999 All Native
Systems (ANS) began as a provider of telecommunications
technology and services. During the intervening years, the
company has expanded its operations to include expertise in
complete voice and data solutions, managed services,
operations, maintenance, training and professional services
including program management, public affairs, government
services and temporary and permanent staffing for a wide
variety of specialized governmental programs.
Headquartered in Winnebago, Nebraska on the
Winnebago reservation, ANS also maintains domestic and

ANS was named the U.S. Department of State Small
Business Prime Contractor of the Year for 2007 for its work on
critical projects that improved the information technology
infrastructure of the Government of Mexico. In honoring ANS,
the State Department stated “The projects ANS completed will
enhance the institutional capabilities of law enforcement and
security personnel to fight and deter terrorism, drug
trafficking, and other transnational crimes affecting the well
being of citizens in both the United States and
Mexico.”

| ANS is a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk, Inc., (HCI) is the
award-winning tribal development corporation wholly owned by
the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Its
mission is to provide economic opportunity and jobs for tribal
members. Today, HCI operates eighteen
subsidiaries and employs 1,100 people in 8 states and 2
foreign countries. HCI subsidiary
operations include information technology, construction,
government contracting, retail, wholesale distribution,
marketing, media and
